1. Agreement to Terms

By registering for or using TradesMan Quote ("the Service", "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Tradesman") and Coral Services LTD ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of TradesMan Quote at tradesmanquote.co.uk and app.tradesmanquote.co.uk.

2. Service Description

TradesMan Quote is a web-based quoting tool designed for UK-registered tradespeople. The Service allows registered users to upload site media (videos, photographs, and PDF drawings), process them through an intelligent analysis pipeline, and produce draft trade quotes which can be reviewed, edited, approved, and exported as PDF documents. The Service also provides companion features including materials list generation and project execution planning.

The Service is available at two subdomains: the marketing site (tradesmanquote.co.uk) and the application (app.tradesmanquote.co.uk). All quoting functionality is accessed through the application subdomain and requires a registered account.

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a UK-based tradesperson or business owner to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account by emailing contact@tradesmanquote.co.uk.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behaviour.

4. Credits, Plans & Billing

The Service operates on a credit-based model. Credits are consumed when certain smart system actions are triggered: three credits per Smart Scan, two credits per materials list generation, and one credit per execution plan generation. Viewing, editing, approving, and downloading quotes does not consume credits.

Free accounts receive 15 credits per calendar month at no charge. Pro accounts receive a larger monthly allowance as specified on the pricing page at the time of subscription. Monthly credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Top-up credits purchased separately do not expire.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused credits in a billing period. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

5. System-Generated Content & Pricing Accuracy

TradesMan Quote uses an intelligent analysis system to analyse site media and produce draft quotes. All system-generated content - including scope-of-work identification, quantity estimates, pricing suggestions, materials lists, and execution plans - is provided as a starting point for professional review and must not be relied upon as a definitive or final valuation without verification by a qualified tradesperson.

The pricing database is calibrated to UK market rates as at June 2026. Prices may not reflect current market conditions at the time of use. The Company does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any system-generated quote for any specific job. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of any quote presented to a client, the prices charged, and the scope of work undertaken.

6. Uploaded Content & File Storage

By uploading files to the Service, you grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process, store, and transmit those files solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You retain full ownership of all content you upload. We do not use your uploaded content to improve our systems.

Uploaded job files (videos, photographs, PDFs) are stored for 14 days after upload, or 14 days after quote approval (whichever is later), after which they are automatically deleted. Generated PDF quotes and materials PDFs are stored permanently and remain available to download at any time. We are not liable for any loss of data that occurs after the stated expiry periods.

You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or that infringes the intellectual property rights of a third party.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent the security measures of the Service; use automated tools to access the Service other than as expressly permitted; share your account credentials with third parties; or use the Service in a way that causes disruption or harm to the platform or other users.

8. Intellectual Property

The TradesMan Quote platform, including its software, design, pricing database, and content (excluding content uploaded by users), is the intellectual property of Coral Services LTD and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or commercial losses. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that system-generated content will be accurate or complete.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email to your registered address or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
