Billing Questions
What counts as a credit?
Credits are consumed when you run smart generator tools. Generating a Smart Scan costs 3 credits. Generating a companion materials list costs 2 credits, and generating an execution plan costs 1 credit. Viewing, editing, approving, or downloading quotes consumes zero credits.
Do unused monthly credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing period - unused credits from the previous month do not roll over. Top-up credits (purchased separately) never expire and roll over indefinitely until used.
What happens if I run out of credits?
If your monthly allowance is exhausted, you'll see an upgrade prompt when you try to trigger a Smart Scan or generate a materials list or execution plan. You can either upgrade your plan for the next billing period or purchase a one-off top-up pack to continue immediately.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the billing page. Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period. After cancellation you revert to Free tier (15 credits/month).
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No contract and no minimum term on monthly billing. Annual billing locks in a full year at a discounted rate - early cancellation refunds are not available on annual plans.
