Watches every video frame, reads every photograph, processes PDF drawings, and transcribes spoken audio from site walkthroughs. Identifies all visible trade work across multiple rooms and trades in a single pass. Uses UK reference objects (doors, brick courses, tiles) to estimate quantities.
Smart Quote Builder
Takes the scanner's raw scope and matches every item against our 1,252-record pricing database. Automatically adds prep work, waste disposal, waterproofing, and finishing items that a site video can't show. Structures everything into a professional quote in logical work order with UK-regional pricing applied.
